1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing TechDongle for your web development needs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and your relationship with TechDongle. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Our services include, but are not limited to, web design, development, maintenance, and any other related services. The specifics of the services provided were outlined in the proposal or contract agreed upon before the commencement of work.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for services rendered were specified in the initial agreement. Payment terms, including due dates and methods of payment, were detailed in your invoice. Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary materials and information required to complete the project.
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the website, including all code, designs, and content provided by TechDongle, transfers to the client. However, TechDongle retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

6. Liability

TechDongle is not liable for any damages, losses, or other liabilities incurred as a result of using the website or services provided. The client assumes full responsibility for their use of the website and its contents.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial information, and personal data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of any work completed up to the point of termination.

9. Amendments

TechDongle reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client and will apply to all future projects.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
